ABOUT THE ARTIST
Odinakachi Okoroafor (b. 1987) is a Nigerian visual artist exploring identity, memory, and resilience. Through painting, screen printing, and linocut, he examines social and political tensions. Inspired by his childhood, he blends personal memories with societal observations. Since 2017, he has exhibited in the UK, US, and Nigeria, with notable shows at Ross-Sutton Gallery (New York) and Koppel Project (London). In 2024, he presents Ogadimma at Galerie Kutlesa (Basel). His work, both intimate and socially engaged, encourages reflection and collective progress.
